We are honored to be able to offer insight on many different types of projects and improvements that can be done to your home or business. After years of concentrating on strictly building new homes, we started to field calls from many past Customers who wanted to upgrade their existing home. Many of these people were extremely happy to stay living in one of our homes, but felt it was time to upgr

ade, change, or modify their home as their family situation had changed. So in the early 1990's we decided that it was to focus some attention to do remodeling for our past Customers. Whether it was adding a finished basement, build a new deck, remodel a kitchen or bathroom, change a back hall to accommodate a cubby/locker system, or just add shelving in a garage, we were ready for the work. Now, 20 years later, through many referrals from our past Customers we are doing all types of work not only in homes that we have built, but many homes throughout Northeast Ohio. We recently wrapped up this complete first-floor transformation in Gates Mills and are thrilled to share the final result!

From the kitchen and great room to the butler’s pantry, two bathrooms, and foyer, we reimagined each space with a mix of timeless finishes and custom details. The custom foyer railing, along with beautiful stone selections from Firenza Stone and Cambria, adds those finishing touches that make the spaces feel truly special.

Progress is moving right along on this year’s Home for the Holidays house! 🏡☀️

We’re incredibly honored to be this year’s Make-A-Wish OH, KY & IN Home for the Holidays builder and to support such an incredible cause. From breaking ground to pouring the foundation and raising the framing, it’s exciting to watch this home come to life.

Located in Iris Place in Aurora, this home is about so much more than building a house. It’s about giving back, supporting the incredible work of Make-A-Wish and the Build Trades Foundation, and making a meaningful impact in our community.

It’s official! We’re incredibly honored to be building this year’s Home for the Holidays house in support of Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana and the Build Trades Foundation. Yesterday, we broke ground on this special project in Aurora’s Iris Place development, where this beautiful 2,400-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home will soon come to life. Once completed, the home will be raffled off to support Make-A-Wish and the Build Trades Foundation.

This initiative has helped grant more than 100 wishes and raised over $1 million for local children facing critical illnesses, and we’re grateful to play a part in continuing that impact. We’ll be documenting every step of the process along the way, so stay tuned as this special home comes to life. 🏡✨
