February 23 2025, This right here let's Me Know what 2025 has in-store for Me this Year.... It's going to be a Ruff One 🙏... Had to put a Multi speed Blower Motor in this Unit..... Figured High Speed, then the Motor Ran hot, so put it on Medium Speed, Nope didn't run either, so I put it on Low Speed 👍👍 Motor was Cool and wasn't running hot..... March 15 2015, Had to Gas up this RUDD again Uhh these Units.... R410A on this package heat pump..... Don't know why I don't have a Charge up Picture but it was Basically Empty but I had to Charge it to 130psi.... I told the home owner there is definitely a leak somewhere, I have to come back and check the System to let You know where the leak is and the cost of Reclaiming the Freon, Vacuum it Down, Fixing and Brazing the Leak... I will be back.... To be Continued

March 18 2025 bad Condenser Fan Motor is DONE, bearings running dry to Motor can't spin... Installed a New Universal Condenser Fan Motor, getting the Blades of Was a Challenge 😲.... But 3 Days later I got the blades off the old motor 🤣 nah felt like all day long.... Call 803-614-4395 for Your Heating and Air Needs

April 23 2025, AC unit was Low in Freon and it was a HOT One that Day, Man I was Like I am Too Fat and Old for this Heat for Summer Time coming up 🤣... FYI lucky I did make it through another Summer 👍👍.... Plenty of Fluids.... I charged the AC up to Recommend Charge and told them to Call Me if they Any issues what the AC.... 803-614-4395

June 11th 2025, Old GoodMan still getting it... I haven't never serviced this Package Unit Yet.... I seen no Writing on it Anywhere... this is Why I am a GOODMAN guy for Life.... They RUN Forever 👍👍.... Well the Charge was Low, so I gassed it up with R407C to Original Factory Settings.... It was HOT inside the Home too.... I told them it will have to Run for Awhile to Cool this Home Down but Call or Text Me at 803-614-4395 if you have anymore problems with the Unit

Had a Service Call about no Air Conditioning in the home...... Well first of all the Thermostat for this Unit was Gone 🤔, I was like is this a Trick or is Ashton Kutcher going to jump out and tell Me I been Punked 🤣.... Well I installed a New Heat pump thermostat, and Changed the Air Filter for the Return.... PS the Blower Motor was GONE.... Thank Goodness it wasn't one of those XP motors $$$.... New Blower Motor Installed and New Heat pump Thermostat, also New Air Filter..... Runs like New Again 👍👍 803-614-4395 thku
