Rack and pinion replacement, this customer had her inner tie rod replaced at a local shop in town near dodges on 301 , when she picked her vehicle up her power steering went out all of a sudden on the way home from shop , she pulled over and noticed it was pouring fluid from where the newly replaced tie rod was connected to the rack , she called the shop and told them what happened and the shop told her its not their problem it has nothing to do with the work that was just done and to pretty much f**k off … this is her only vehicle for her and her husband to get to work and take their 4 children to school , she just spent 700 dollars with the shop and they wouldn’t even take a look at it to see if they possibly damaged the seals in the rack when they replaced the inner tie rod , which they definitely did damage, I even tried to call and speak with them about it and they cussed me out and were beyond rude and disrespectful to me , I can’t believe that’s how some people run a business in orangeburg , that is absolutely unacceptable to treat any customer or anyone like that. Please do some research and ask around before taking your vehicle to a shop before you end up in similar situation. We got it replaced for her and back working properly, Slab Landing Mobile Mechanic Chad Dilling thanks for the help on this job cuz very much appreciated!!! Thanks for all the support everyone!!
