You Can See the Progress. But You Canât Always See the Team Behind It.
Take a look at the Shelton Pool project today, and youâll see a lot of concrete, reinforcing steel, equipment, and a whole lot of activity.
What you may not see is everything happening behind the scenes to make it all come together.
The conversations before the work starts.
The planning that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
The decisions made in real time.
The coordination between trades.
The problems that get solved before they become bigger problems.
Thatâs what makes a great construction project.
At Hackel Construction, our mission is:
We make building easierâand more enjoyable.
We believe that starts with the right people, proven processes, and systems that create clarity and accountability. When those pieces are working together, construction becomes more than getting the job done. It becomes a collaborative experience where everyone takes pride in the outcome.
And the Shelton Pool team is doing just that.
We want to recognize Levi Hulinsky, our Site Superintendent, for leading the work on site and keeping the team moving forward.
And a big thank-you to:
Vlach Construction
Bigzbe Concrete

The work happening today is laying the literal foundation for a pool that will serve the Village of Shelton for years to come.
Weâre proud of the progress.
Weâre proud of the teamwork.
And most of all, weâre proud of how this team is building.
Because exceptional projects donât just happen.
Theyâre builtâwith vision, strategy, process, communication, and people who care about the outcome.
