Sneak peek at our new multisport community field for Bluffton Exempted Village Schools, located at Bluffton Elementary School.

Check out this piece of synthetic turf created using TenCate’s new state-of-the-art tufting technology.

The concept is similar to embroidery—but instead of cutting and gluing in details, the tufting machines can now build logos, lettering, and design detail directly into the turf during manufacturing.

Until very recently, any type of detail had to be cut and glued into synthetic turf, whether it was an athletic field, a putting green, or anything in between.

With this new process, we are greatly reducing seams, gluing, and labor—saving time and money while delivering a cleaner, more durable finished product.

We appreciate the opportunity to partner once again with Bellevue City Schools, returning 14 years after the original installation to complete a full synthetic turf replacement.

The project features a state-of-the-art TenCate synthetic turf system engineered to support player safety, consistent performance, and long-term durability. The original surface exceeded its anticipated service life by six years, reflecting both material quality and responsible field stewardship.

Despite adverse weather conditions, the complete removal and replacement were executed in just 10 days and delivered on schedule. This outcome was achieved through disciplined planning, experienced crews, and efficient project management—not by rushing the process.

Providing safe, reliable, and high-performing athletic surfaces remains the standard on every project. We value the continued trust of Bellevue City Schools and are proud to support their athletes with an updated field designed for years of use.
