The Beaver Valley Hospital expansion was built with the needs of the community in mind. The improvements added new and upgraded spaces, including a women's center, imaging center, emergency department, clinical exam rooms, and patient care areas to better support the growing needs of the Beaver community.

We're grateful to have partnered with Beaver Valley Hospital and VCBO Architecture on this project and to have helped create a facility that will continue serving patients, families, and caregivers for years to come.

Experience matters when it comes to delivering projects efficiently and successfully. Having built this same school layout several times before, Westland Construction was able to apply lessons learned from previous projects, allowing our team to work efficiently while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship expected.

That experience helped us complete Juniper Basin Elementary on an accelerated schedule while delivering a consistent, high-quality learning environment. The new school features modern building systems, thoughtfully planned classrooms, and spaces designed to support students, teachers, and families for years to come. We’re proud to have partnered with Alpine School District and KMA architects to deliver another facility that will serve its growing community.

The TaxHawk Office Building is a three-story office space featuring a modern exterior with glazing, metal panels, and ACM. The finished building includes flexible workspaces with demountable partitions and operable conference room walls, along with unique amenities including a full-size indoor basketball court and event space, locker rooms, a VR room, golf simulator, and full-service kitchen.

We’re grateful to have partnered with Vandelay Properties LLC and MHTN Architects to bring this custom office space to life and deliver a facility built around flexibility, functionality, and collaboration.

The Beaver Valley Hospital Wellness Center is officially open! We were honored to celebrate with the Beaver community in welcoming this brand new facility. The wellness center features fitness areas, and indoor track, a gym, and pools, creating a space that will support health and wellness for years to come.

Westland Construction is proud to sponsor Mateo Amador as he travels to Las Vegas to compete in the American National Kids IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship.

Mateo, the son of our superintendent Ernesto Amador, has put in the work and earned his place at one of the nation’s top youth jiu-jitsu tournaments. We are honored to support him and his family as he takes this next step in his journey.

Yesterday, Westland was honored at the ABC Utah awards recognizing both excellence in construction and workplace safety.

The Spanish Fork Recreation (FitCity) Center received an Excellence in Construction Award in the Cultural/Entertainment Over $2 Million category, and Cyprus High School was recognized in the K-12 Facilities Over $5 Million category. Both projects were also recognized at the 2026 ABC Utah Labor Commission Workplace Safety Awards.

We’re proud of the teams behind these projects and grateful for the trade partners, owners, and architects we had the opportunity to collaborate with throughout the process. These awards represent a lot of hard work, teamwork, and commitment from everyone involved.

This week was Safety Week at Westland, bringing together our teams, trade partners, and vendor partners around one shared goal: helping every worker return home safely each day. Throughout the week, Westland’s safety team visited active jobsites alongside vendor partners to share important safety reminders, recognize crews for their commitment to safe work practices, and show appreciation for the hard work happening across our projects. These visits were a great reminder that safety is a team effort and an important part of the Westland Way.

As construction wraps up, her work adds a vibrant focal point for the Beaver, UT community. We’re grateful for the unique people and talents across our Westland team!

Westland is grateful to have been selected by the The Candy Bomber Foundation as the official general contractor for the Halvorsen “Candy Bomber Center” located in Spanish Fork, Utah.

This project honors the legacy of Gail S. Halvorsen and represents a meaningful intersection of historical preservation and modern education. Through museum galleries and STEM-focused learning environments, it will bring story of the Berlin Airlift to life for future generations.

The Foundation’s mission of service, education, and kindness is meaningful to us, and we are honored to contribute through this project. We’re grateful to work alongside the Foundation’s project team and appreciate the trust placed in ours as we look forward to the work ahead.
