R Brand Homes was founded November 2010 by father and son, Dave and Mike Rosendale. R Brand Homes represents their company with their logo honoring the heritage of the Rosendale family. The logo is a livestock brand which was designed and registered with the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture by Monte & Alice Rosendale (Dave’s Grandparents) in the late 1800‘s. 1 children on a small farm (pictured on the right) in Littleton, CO. R Brand Homes is proud to be a company that gives back. They donated time and material to the Bridge Teen Center in Orland Park. They sponsor a child through CMFI in Mabatini, Nairobi, Kenya. R Brand Homes choose to sponsor James Okalo Andiba, born 9/29/2006, because his parents run small businesses, just like R Brand Homes. R Brand Homes is proud to be a member of the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). R Brand Homes is a member of the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce.
