Wrapped up a 4 ton Goodman changeout here in Orlando.

Customer’s system was about 20 years old and just wasn’t cooling like it used to, so it was time.

Once we got into it, we found something that shouldn’t have been set up that way in the first place. The air handler and heat pump were both tied into the same breaker.

That’s not allowed, and it’s the kind of thing that can cause issues over time.

We got the new system installed, went over everything with the homeowner, and pointed that out so they could have an electrician correct it properly.

Passed all city inspections and everything is running the way it should now.

They’re ready for the summer with a solid system.
