Another incredible transformation! We wrapped up this full home remodel in Hammock Beach at the end of 2025. This hidden gem needed a full makeover to take it from an eyesore to our clients waterfront oasis! Our team got to work replacing everything from the drywall, to the flooring, all the interior doors and everything in between! We removed the dilapidated fireplace and redesigned the kitchen layout to give our clients a more functional and inviting space. We also updated the 2 1/2 bathrooms in the home and included a new zero-entry shower in the primary bathroom. This home is now one of a kind!

This was one of the spectacular projects we wrapped up towards the end of last year. This client wanted to expand their kitchen and update their two bathrooms at the same time. We started by removing the dividing wall and expanding the kitchen to give them a more open space to entertain their friends and family. The kitchen and living room were updated with new flooring, paint, and an expanded layout. We refinished the existing cabinets with new paint, added a pantry and coffee bar area to blend the kitchen, dining and living room into one cohesive space. The primary bathroom was updated with a new vanity, flooring and full shower replacement. We removed the old soffit lighting in both bathrooms and installed new recessed LED lighting. This homeowner wanted to upgrade their kitchen from the early 2000’s to a clean modern feel without breaking the bank! We were able to not only meet their expectations and budget, but we also found a little room to expand the kitchen to give them even more space! We removed the old refrigerator wall and original cabinets. We installed new white shaker cabinets with a layout that allowed us to relocate the refrigerator and add two extra cabinets for more storage. The space was enhanced by new flooring, new granite countertops and this beautiful handmade green backsplash tile. Another one in the books! This project is a perfect example of how we are able to create a seemingly new kitchen without breaking the bank. This client wanted to update their kitchen space without the hassle and mess of demo, while staying in their budget. No problem!we painted the cabinets, stained to countertop and added a new backsplash! We started by sanding and stripping the existing cabinets and butcher block countertops. Then we prepped and painted the cabinets with our heavy-duty extremely durable enamel paint in a satin finish. This gives the cabinets a smooth finish while also protecting them from the day-to-day wear and tear to insure they remain beautiful for years to come! Then we turned our focus to these beautiful butcher block countertops. After multiple rounds of sanding and prepping, it was finally time to stain and seal. We used multiple coats of matte enamel sealer to ensure these tops can stand up to the everyday abuse. Finally we installed a new pass-through top that was stained and sealed to match the countertop and new trim around the pass-through window to give it a more finished feeling. We couldn’t be happier with how well it came out! We turned this outdated and worn our kitchen into a new welcoming space for years to come!

“It is a night and day difference! It’s perfect!” - The Rick’s Family

This is our most dramatic transformation to date! This original 1950s bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade. So, as always, we delivered. We started by tearing everything down to the studs and building back with all new materials. Our builder Jereme installed a new tub, toilet plus a new floating vanity and matching floating linen cabinet. After all the new tile was installed, we finished with a new coat of paint, mirror, light and added an exhaust fan for good measure. “Another amazing project! It’s even better than we expected!” - The PalmChuks!

Another repeat client! The PalmChuks wanted to repurpose their dining area into a lounge space with a bar top and shelves for entertaining. The issue? They didn’t want to throw away their dining room table and matching bench. So what did we do? Our builder Jereme came up with the idea of repurposing the table and bench into the countertop, shelves and even had enough left over to make a coffee table for the new space! After planning, checking measurements again and again to be certain we had enough material, we got to work. Jereme installed a new base cabinet and started cutting into the dining table. Once all the smoke and dust cleared the clients were left with a beautiful new lounge area with enough storage space to entertain any size party or get together they could have! This is now an upgraded area built for entertaining friends and family! Thanks again and for the opportunity to impress!
