Fibronostics

Fibronostics Fibronostics is a global diagnostics company, shaping the future of noninvasive diagnostics with artificial intelligence.

We run an in-vitro diagnostics platform that focuses on screening, progression and prognosis of metabolic diseases. Fibronostics' LIVERFASt provides early detection and monitoring for patients with NAFLD & NASH. Where the current standard for diagnosis is risky and costly with mounting evidence calling for an efficacious and cost-effective non-invasive diagnostic tool, the LIVERFASt products are easy to use with economical advantages, and have proven clinical value.

Accurate fibrosis assessment is critical in MASLD — especially for patients with type 2 diabetes, where advanced fibrosis may remain under-identified.

At ADA 2026, Fibronostics will present clinical evidence showing that LIVERFASt™ outperformed FIB-4 for identifying ≥F3 fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including those with T2D.

In the overall MASLD population, LIVERFASt™ showed 66% sensitivity vs 36% for FIB-4 at the high-risk cut-off, with 72% PPV and 74% NPV. In patients with T2D, LIVERFASt™ showed 67% sensitivity vs 30% for FIB-4, supporting stronger identification in a high-risk population.

When used before VCTE in a sequential pathway, LIVERFASt™ also reduced unnecessary VCTE referrals and generated 20% more correctly classified patients compared with the recommended FIB-4 pathway.

More insights coming to ADA 2026.

Treatment is only half the story. Monitoring is the other half.

At EASL 2026, we presented data that takes the MASH monitoring conversation a step further.

Our poster revealed the dynamics of LIVERFASt™, FIB-4, and VCTE (FibroScan) during Resmetirom therapy in patients with MASH — offering a real-world look at how these noninvasive tests evolve as treatment progresses.

As Resmetirom reshapes the MASH treatment landscape, knowing how NITs behave under therapy isn't just academic. It directly shapes how clinicians interpret response, adjust decisions, and ultimately serve their patients better.

Missed us in Barcelona? The conversation doesn't stop here.

We're live at EASL 2026 in Barcelona — and the data is here.

Today, Fibronostics is presenting two posters that advance the science of noninvasive liver assessment in MASLD and MASH:
Poster 1 — Outperforming the standard
LIVERFASt™ outperforms FIB-4 in sequential combination with VCTE for identifying advanced fibrosis (≥F3) in patients with MASLD — including those with type 2 diabetes (T2D). Where traditional tools fall short, LIVERFASt™ delivers greater clarity for the patients who need it most.
Poster 2 — Tracking treatment response
How do NITs evolve during therapy? We're presenting updated data on the dynamics of LIVERFASt™, FIB-4, and VCTE (FibroScan) during monitoring of Resmetirom — the THR-β agonist — in patients with MASH. Real-world monitoring data that matters for clinical decision-making.

The evidence is growing. The case for better, more precise noninvasive assessment has never been stronger.
Find us at the poster hall and let's talk liver science.

Next stop: ADA 2026, New Orleans, June 5–8.

In patients with MASLD — particularly those with type 2 diabetes (T2D) — advanced fibrosis may remain under-identified using traditional assessment approaches.

Studies presented by Fibronostics have demonstrated that LIVERFASt™ shows improved sensitivity compared to FIB-4 in identifying patients with advanced fibrosis.

Because identifying more at-risk patients earlier may support clearer follow-up and referral pathways.

More to be presented at ADA 2026.

EASL 2026 is just 2 days away — and the conversation around MASLD assessment is more important than ever.

For patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease — especially those living with type 2 diabetes (T2D) — indeterminate results from traditional assessment tools can stall critical referral and follow-up decisions.
Clearer pathways are needed. And better data is coming.

Following EASL, Fibronostics will be taking LIVERFASt™ to the ADA 2026 Scientific Sessions, presenting data on identifying advanced fibrosis in MASLD patients — including those with T2D.

Stay tuned. More to come.

Traditional assessment tools may leave uncertainty in patients with MASLD — particularly in populations with type 2 diabetes (T2D).

Indeterminate results can create challenges in referral and follow-up decisions, reinforcing the need for clearer assessment pathways.

At the upcoming ADA 2026 Scientific Sessions, Fibronostics will be presenting LIVERFASt™ data focused on identifying advanced fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including those with T2D.

More to come at ADA 2026.

One blood draw. Four simple steps. Multiple liver insights.

LIVERFASt™ was designed to support liver health assessment through a simple and scalable workflow that integrates into real-world clinical practice.

Using 10 common biomarkers from just 1 blood sample, LIVERFASt™ generates three key scores providing insights across:
• Fibrosis
• Steatosis
• Activity

Ordering LIVERFASt™ is designed to be straightforward:

01 - Physician prescribes LIVERFASt™
02 - Lab analyzes 10 biomarkers from 1 blood sample
03 - Biomarker values entered into the platform
04 - LIVERFASt™ results available immediately

Simple workflows help support broader accessibility to liver disease assessment while enabling earlier identification, clearer stratification, and more informed clinical decisions in MASLD/MASH care.

Because meaningful liver insights should be both actionable and accessible.

At EASL Congress 2026, Fibronostics will present new findings on how LIVERFASt™, used in sequential combination with vibration-controlled transient elastography (VCTE), supports the identification of ≥F3 fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including those with type 2 diabetes.

The data highlights the value of integrating accessible blood-based assessment with established imaging tools to support clearer fibrosis risk stratification and clinical decision-making.

Stay tuned for more from EASL 2026.

We’re excited to share that Fibronostics will be attending American Diabetes Association (ADA) Scientific Sessions 2026 in New Orleans this June 5–8.

Our team will be presenting new LIVERFASt™ data focused on identifying advanced fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including those with type 2 diabetes (T2D).

Looking forward to connecting with clinicians, researchers, and partners at ADA 2026.

Clinical decision-making in liver disease is rarely straightforward, especially when traditional assessment tools leave uncertainty in patient stratification.

Widely used scores such as FIB-4 may leave a significant proportion of patients within indeterminate “grey zones,” potentially creating challenges in referral, follow-up, and management decisions, particularly in earlier fibrosis stages.

LIVERFASt™ was designed to support clearer stratification in MASLD/MASH through a blood-based approach focused on fibrosis, steatosis, and activity assessment, with no grey zone.

Studies presented by Fibronostics have demonstrated that LIVERFASt™ outperforms FIB-4 in identifying advanced fibrosis in patients with MASLD, including patients with type 2 diabetes.

Clearer insights help support:
• Earlier identification of at-risk patients
• More confident referral decisions
• Better continuity of care pathways

Because clearer pathways support more consistent patient management.
