Blower wheel cleaning. When a blower wheel is dirty, it lowers your systems efficiency by reducing the amount of air it is able to pull across your indoor coil. Remember, the air that passes through your system, is the air you breath in your home. Always maintain your system, and ensure you're receiving clean air.

✅ New liquid line drier installed. It is crucial that when a refrigeration circuit has been opened, that a new liquid line filter drier MUST be installed. This was on a compressor change out.

Ecm to Psc motor conversion on a 16yr old system. When a system is over 10yrs old and out of warranty, obtaining an OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) ECM(Electronically Commutated Motor) can be very expensive to replace. However, before you consider replacing the entire system, always consider your options before doing so. You can save a lot of money just on a repair, and get a little more out of your old equipment. This customer decided to go with the repair, and install a classic PSC(Permanent Split Capacitor) motor. I always like to give my customers options, and I'm glad the customer was able to save money, and get a little more out of her system. Currently, this 16yr old system is now Cooling and operating properly at this time. She's happy.

Process of evaporator coil replacement. When opening a refrigerant circuit it is always required to perform an evacuation of the system to remove moisture, air and non condensable gases from a refrigeration system. Industry standard on proper evacuation is 500microns, here we reached 126microns. No leaks, and system is ready to go.
