We have a combined 35 years of experience in managing and delivering complex projects. Our objective is to complete projects on schedule with safety as a first priority.

🚧 2025 Project Highlights | CCC Site Development 🚧

As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of the progress achieved across a diverse portfolio of projects from successfully completed developments to active projects currently under construction throughout Central Florida.

This year, CCC Site Development delivered and advanced key projects including Diversified Way, The Citron at Packing District, Rollins College Tennis and Golf Center, Dubsdread Driving Range, Stoneybrook Senior Living , Sanford Breezeway Project, Shingle Creek Sanitation Plant, 50th South Student Housing, Davenport School, University Surgery Center Expansion, Columbia Elementary School, West Creek Elementary School, Vista Lakes School, and the OCCC 5A Expansion.

Each completed project reflects our team’s commitment to ex*****on, coordination, and performance in the field, while every active project represents our continued focus on safety, quality, and schedule-driven results that will carry strong momentum into 2026.

🚧 Project Update | OCPS Endeavor Elementary School 🚧

Phase 1 is complete at OCPS Endeavor Elementary School as our team continues work in partnership with Wharton-Smith, Inc., and Orange County Public Schools.

The first phase included the construction of temporary laydown, office, and parking areas for Wharton Smith, as well as the installation of the fire lane and underground utilities serving the student trailers establishing safe access and essential infrastructure to support ongoing operations.

Under the leadership of Project Manager Gwen Nguyen, Associate DBIA, CCC Site Development remains focused on quality ex*****on, safety, and schedule-driven results as the project advances into the next phases.
