Construction Company looking for a self-motivated, multitasker to assist CEO in daily routine. Construction background helpful but not necessary. Monday-Friday hours vary from 8am-4pm. Flexible Hours.

Duties may include but not limited to:
• Answer calls and emails.
• Schedule sub-contractors to daily jobs.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
• Act as administrative liaison between CEO and employees, clients, and/or vendors.
• Ordered and coordinated delivery of material.
• Invoicing, time tracking.
• Accounting-Accounts payable, receivables, and payroll

Applicants should have:
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities and requests promptly and effectively * Ability to effectively communicate and follow up
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized and a positive thinker, thirsty to learn and open to an ever-changing role with potential to grow within the company
• Experience or ability to quickly learn various software programs such as word, excel, dropbox, supply pro etc.
• Online quick books experience
