We received a PO for 500 of these parts. However, our longtime customer needed 50 ASAP. I just finished milling these parts this morning and will be dropping them off first thing on Monday. Defiant CNC is a small machine shop and as the owner, I have to wear many hats. But, we always go above and beyond to manufacture quality parts for our customers and do our best to help them out whenever we can.

Here are some parts made out of 17-4 that I just finished up.

This job was a reverse engineering project for a customer here in Orlando, FL. They needed to replicate a part that was no longer being manufactured.

I pulled all the dimensions from the sample in the pic, created a 3D model of the original part and then machined 24 of them.
