Giving back to our community is something we are proud to be a part of. DSE staff recently joined the Kiwanis of Avalon Park and Sleep in Heavenly Peace to deliver and assemble beds for children who do not have a bed of their own.

It was a rewarding experience helping provide a safe and comfortable place for local children to sleep. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to make a difference in our community.

Robins Run is taking shape in Lake Wales! 🏗️🌟

DSE is on the ground supporting this exciting new residential community and things are really moving!

Grading is well underway, underground utilities are going in, and the internal road network is starting to come together across the 40-acre property. 💪

From dirt to a thriving neighborhood; this is exactly the kind of work we love being part of! 😊 Can't wait to see families calling Robins Run home! 🏡✨

Work is well underway at Hunt Club Grove North – Phase 2 in Lake Wales, Florida! 🏗️

DSE is providing professional consulting services for this residential development. Recent field progress shows active earthwork, underground utility installation, and site grading advancing across the property.

From the green pipe stub-outs marking future utility connections to the large-scale grading and excavation work visible across the site, it’s great to see this community starting to take form.

We look forward to watching Hunt Club Grove North – Phase 2 continue to grow and bring new housing opportunities to the Lake Wales area!

Progress continues along S Orange Avenue!

DSE is excited to be involved in a new development along S Orange Avenue in the area south of E Michigan Street. This 1.22-acre site is planned for a future mixed-use community featuring retail and residential uses, contributing to continued growth and revitalization along this corridor.

Recent site progress shows structural framing beginning to take shape, marking an important milestone as the project moves forward.

It’s rewarding to support work that contributes to the continued growth of Central Florida.

🏗️ The Point Grande apartment project is continuing to take shape on the west side of US 27 in Polk County.

The more than 32-acre development will bring hundreds of new residential units to the area, with site work, roads, parking, and amenities all coming together as construction moves closer to completion.🚧

The apartments are now almost ready to open. 🏘️

What a truly special morning, and such an honor to be part of the home turnover for Army Sergeant Patricia Golden through the Building Homes for Heroes program alongside the incredible members of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) who helped make this possible.

Sergeant Golden’s years of service to our country, along with the impact she continues to make in the Eatonville community, made today’s celebration especially meaningful. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to recognize and support someone who has given so much to others.

GOBA once again showed why we are truly community builders. Our members continue to make a real and lasting difference throughout our communities, and I am incredibly proud to be part of this organization.
