The Titanic Boarding Process
On April 10, 1912, at 11:30 a.m., passengers boarded the Titanic via the second-level gangways according to their class: first-class passengers used the southern entrance leading to Deck B—as captured in the photograph by Father Brown—and second-class passengers used the northernmost entrance leading to Deck C, while third-class passengers and crew members boarded via standard stairways through two entrances on Deck E.
