Sun, rain, foot traffic and constant moisture, year after year. Eventually, pine decking has to be replaced.

At Sunlake Estates, we removed and replaced 5,600 sq. ft. of 2x6 pine decking across the community’s dock system.

Over water, every board counts. The old decking came off without damaging the framing, and each new board was cut, spaced and fastened consistently across thousands of linear feet.

The result: a clean, uniform deck all the way out to the last slip.
