just always remember, training never ends, train to survive, survival is a daily lifestyle. We dont train to look cool, we train to always enjoy the blessing and privilege of seeing our loved ones each day. Keep it real, and Keep it practical. Focus, Desire, and Discipline will get you over the hump every single time. Be patient, training takes time, but it reaps the rewards.

Just wanted wish all the fathers out there a very special Happy Father's Day.

As I lost my father 18months ago, make today just not a day to celebrate fathers, but to cherish them in remembrance, if they have passed on.
