Voss Construction removed existing tile flooring and installed french pattern travertine. We sealed the travertine and installed hardwood floors in all the bedrooms. We installed new counter tops, fixed drywall repairs and painted the whole interior of the house (including the ceilings). We removed the old SOD and installed new bushes, SOD and mulch. We renovated the fireplace and the patio bar top.

Voss Construction renovated the interior and exterior of this unit. We remodeled both bathrooms and the kitchen. We prepped and installed french pattern travertine. We fixed the stucco work on the exterior before painting both the exterior and interior. We resurfaced existing guest bathroom bathtub. Installed all new plumbing and pressure washed the whole house including the fence. We prepped and installed all new SOD, and re leveled walk way in the back of the house.

Voss Construction turned this normal one bedroom condo downtown into a stone masterpiece. We worked closely with the condo association to have everything approved and permits pulled. We removed all existing flooring, cabinets, counter tops ect. We installed french pattern travertine, fully remodeled the bathroom and kitchen to the customers liking. Installed crown molding, new cabinets and granite counter tops. We installed new electrical throughout and painted the ceilings/walls.

Voss Construction removed the existing flooring in certain areas and replaced with hardwood floors. We removed and replaced some electrical. We prepped the interior and exterior before paint. Repaired stucco issues before painting. Painted the ceilings in the bedrooms and removed existing landscape. Once landscape was removed we fixed the irrigation and installed new shrubs and flowers. We removed one flower bed and had to prep and re SOD the area.

We removed and replaced the existing bathtubs, remove and replaced the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, we installed granite counter tops, removed old flooring and installed new flooring. Voss Construction did a full renovation on this project. We removed all the existing flooring and installed new hard wood, tile and carpet upstairs. We installed new granite counter tops and a mosaic backsplash. We installed new electrical throughout the house. We painted the inside and color matched the exterior. We pressure washed, chemically treated the roof, trimmed landscape and installed new landscape.
