Bathroom Remodel. The goal was to make the bathroom more accessible for the family that found the tub too difficult to continue using. It was changed to a walk-in shower and shower bars that can help those with mobility problems.

They had new shower tile and floor, vanity, mirror and fresh coat of paint.

When installing new cabinets, you can find surprises behind. In here was some drywall damage. The plan was to fix the drywall, compound and texture for an even finish. Now it will be ready for the new cabinets!

was to restore the area back to its livable way.

Infiltration from the outside to inside of your
home can happen. In here was near the window.
So keep an eye on damp drywall, peeling or
bubbling of paint, flooring lifting, mold or mildew
growth.
