Real Calls, Real Stories! 🛠️

A customer called us because their unit wasn't cooling properly, and they noticed some staining on their ceiling. Our Field Manager, Al Taylor, ran a diagnostic and found the real culprit, an air leak in their flex duct that was letting moisture build up and stain the ceiling.

We ran all new flex duct to fix the leak, and the homeowner's system is back to cooling efficiently.

Not all problems are obvious at first, that's why a proper diagnostic matters. If your system isn't performing the way it should, give us a call!

Had a customer call us for a system maintenance after another company told them their unit couldn't be cleaned and needed to be replaced.

Al went out, spent just under 2 hours on it, and turned out the unit was cleanable! Just needed a minor repair, not a full replacement. That would've saved them from a $26-36k quote for 2 systems they didn't actually need.🧼

Your ductwork does a lot of the heavy lifting for your A/C, so when it's damaged or leaking, your whole system has to work harder. That usually shows up as weak airflow, hot/cold spots, or a higher energy bill than you're used to. 💨

Here's a simple way to know if a repair is actually worth it!

Take your repair cost and multiply it by the age of your unit in years. If that number is over $5,000, replacement is usually the smarter move.

For example, a $700 repair on a 12 year old unit comes out to $8,400, well past that line. But a $300 repair on a 5 year old unit is only $1,500, so in that case the repair is fine.

It's not a perfect formula, but it's a good gut check before you spend more money on an aging system.
