Demo day on A1A! 🚧🌴

The old eyesore is officially coming down, making way for something completely new.

Today marks the first step toward breaking ground on Modern Mexx, a brand-new modern Mexican restaurant coming to Hammock Beach.

Excited to be part of bringing this project from demolition to reality. Stay tuned — big transformation ahead! 🌮🍹

Recently, a vehicle crash on North Oceanshore Blvd. caused significant damage to a public dune walkover, leaving it unsafe and inaccessible.

Our team worked through the necessary FDEP and local City permitting and approval process. Once approval was received from the City to proceed, we removed the damaged debris, reconstructed the boardwalk, and had the dune walkover reopened to the public — completing the permitting and work, start to finish in just 3 days.

Proud of our team for working safely and efficiently to get this public access restored as quickly as possible.

Big things are coming to Jacksonville Beach!

Lad’s Coastal Construction is proud to be the General Contractor for the complete transformation of the future Bronx House Pizza.

Over the next few months, we’ll be giving this 4,000 SF space a full interior and exterior renovation. We can’t wait to share the progress and reveal the finished product.
