2023 was the California solar-pocalypase. There were statewide policy changes that severely damaged the market, and we saw legacy solar companies shut down like a line of dominoes.

This is a beautiful 9.5kw ground mount solar array we installed with panels purchased from Good Sun! Title 24 requires solar to be installed in new homes during construction, and this customer chose to go above and beyond the minimum requirements. Way to go Dave! No more increasing electric bills!

This was an 24 panel 9.6kw system for our friend Adam! We had a blast working alongside the Good Sun crew during this install.

Congratulations to Good Sun team member, Adam Gutierrez, and his awesome family on getting their final sign-off on their newly installed solar! With help from Good Sun’s Local Power team, support from Peterson Design Group, and a comprehensive installation from Iron Cowboy Off Grid Solutions, Adam took the initiative to do a "homeowner installed system". Affordable solar option: This is a grid-tied, home solar PV system that utilizes both pre-owned panels and inverters that the customer purchased from Eric Stikes at Good Sun. This project was much more cost effective than systems with brand-new equipment and the homeowner has not paid an electric bill since.
