Homeowners reached out to us as they had mold & moisture impacting their siding.

We were able to take down the old siding, address the leak issues and install new siding.

The homeowner will be painting the new siding.

We believe in people following their dreams, even more so when those dreams are to bless and uplift others!!

When Jennifer Alyse Tyler & her Husband, Gary reached out to us and shared their dream of building tiny homes to give people in need a hand up with housing and stability we couldn’t be more on board with tying into their dream!

We built this custom tiny home for them, delivered it today and absolutely love how it turned out!

This home is 164sq ft. 14 1/2 ft tall. Propane cook top and on-demand propane water heater, all in one washer/dryer storage stairs and couch, butcher block counter top 5ft loft, mini split with heat/air and custom redwood throughout 🫶🏻

We aren’t your average construction company!

You might remember that three short months ago we posted a virtual prototype of a 750 sq ft custom build we were going to start building in Paradise.

Well today that home is almost finished ✔️

Not only did we work with the Town of Paradise’s First time homeowner program to make this build possible for the sweet new homeowner, we will use the proceeds from the sale of this home to build a home in the Bear Fire burn scar for a senior that still cannot afford to rebuild after wildfire!

Talk about a win-win!!!!

We held our first Ground Breaking Ceremony today for our first 750 sq ft custom built home 🏠 going in Paradise for the sweetest Camp Fire survivor, Victoria!

Many thanks to the Town of Paradise, North Valley Housing Trust, Tri Counties Bank & Golden Valley Bank for believing in us and this project!

The proceeds from this build will be going to fund a Tiny Homes for Fire Survivors for a family that can not afford to rebuild!!!
