Currently Heim Construction has two (2) divisions, an infrastructure division that has completed projects such as Dams, Water Treatment Plants, Streetscapes and bridges. The General Construction division has completed projects such as 30,00 sf Office Additions, Dormitories for Penn State University, Hospital Renovations, Surgery Centers, as well as residential remodeling. Heim's newest addition is

the Design phase, with 3D renderings to assist customers envision their project before they break ground or demolition has started.

From Office Space to Exceptional Patient Care.

What was once a traditional office building in Orwigsburg, PA has been completely transformed into a modern, welcoming medical office for LifeTree Medicine and HeartHaven Cardiology.

This wasn't just a cosmetic renovation; it was a complete interior transformation. The project included concrete demolition to rework the plumbing layout, demolition of nearly all existing interior walls, a completely new electrical layout, updated mechanical systems, and brand-new finishes throughout. The space was then reimagined with a functional floor plan featuring a new reception area, waiting room, exam rooms, offices, and updated finishes throughout.

Every detail was carefully planned to create a comfortable, efficient, and professional healthcare environment while meeting the specific needs of the medical practices.

Heim Construction is currently renovating the former Rite Aid into the new Temple University Dental Education Center & Clinic, creating a state of the art facility that will expand access to dental care and provide new opportunities for dental students throughout our region.

This project was more than an addition; it was a complete renovation that transformed this home inside and out.

This renovation was designed to enhance both the beauty and functionality of the home. Our team completed a thoughtfully designed addition featuring a new laundry room, spacious primary bedroom, and luxurious primary bathroom while also reimagining the home's existing living spaces.

Nothing beats a summer evening spent with a great team!

Our crew enjoyed a fantastic company picnic at the Reading Fightin Phils game, filled with good food, great conversations, and plenty of laughs.

One of the night's highlights? Watching Christy step up to the speed pitch challenge to see just how fast he could throw!

Congratulations to Billy Pegler on his graduation from the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce leadership class of 2026!
21 students completed the program starting with an orientation at Fighter’s Heaven in Orwigsburg followed by ten (10) sessions covering various classroom and local industry tours.
Schuylkill Leadership, created in 1991, is a ten-session program dedicated to developing and nurturing leadership within Schuylkill County. The program focuses on identifying capable individuals and providing them with a formalized training program that introduces candidates to community programs and shares leadership concepts that prepare Leadership graduates for important roles in community.
Again, congratulations to Billy on this big achievement!
