MCS Rental & Supply is still looking for the right person to join our team as a Shop Technician.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running, knows how to troubleshoot a problem, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

The position includes fleet service, minor repairs, hydraulic hose repair, welding, electrical diagnostics, equipment delivery and pickup, maintenance records, and more.

Experience with small gasoline engines, diesel engines, electric-over-hydraulic lifts, and trailers is a plus.

Pay based on experience.

Matching 401(k) + paid holidays when the shop is closed.

We’re hiring a Shop Technician at MCS Rental & Supply.
This role is for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment dialed in, maintenance schedules current, and customers taken care of the right way.
If you can troubleshoot, fix it, document it, and keep the fleet ready to roll—we want to talk.
