Just posting a spring update for customers and potential customers that follow us. It has been a challenging spring with weather that does not want to cooperate but we are starting to see warmer temps ahead. Ground temperatures are getting close to ready for exterior concrete flatwork and road restrictions should be off May 17th in our zone. Our crew and families have been battling an upper respiratory virus over the last 2 weeks also which has messed with schedule. Our first priority is family and safety so we can provide safe consistent construction services! We are also looking for more summer help if anyone has interest! Please be patient and we will continue the best communication we can! Thank you from all of us at Project Pros! Schedule is always a moving target dealing with nature and all the other challenges, we do our best to keep you informed!

We took on this big home remodel waiting for the road restrictions, frost, and mud to go away! We are gutting down to the studs, rewiring, new plumbing, HVAC, brand new kitchen, new bathroom and adding 2 more bathrooms and a master bedroom! Lots of work on this one to say the least but it will be a great new home for a family that enjoys country life! A number of outbuildings, 6.8 acres, and wildlife galore! 3 bedroom 3 bath house completely redone with new insulation, all new mechanicals, nothing to replace or repair for many years down the road!!

Just a reminder with the warm weather in the forecast! Check your sump pumps, always have a spare pump on hand, they tend to sell out in spring when needed most. Check discharge hoses and all connections, and most of all make sure it is plugged in with power to the pump! Contact a service professional immediately to get on the schedule if it's not working properly.

All completed with the Osakis Alomere clinic makeover. 2 week sprint to the finish to complete and clean up for patients to be seen today! Excellent work by all subs involved, great planning, communication, and dancing around each other! It really went smoothly and turned out great. Thanks to the Alomere Health staff and Maintenance crew.

Interesting read about Minnesota permitting process. Yes jobs do go slower here, take longer and are more expensive than surrounding states. We will surely be contacting legislators on this topic. We are all doing the best we can in this industry!

Just an FYI, if you plan on building a shed house or commonly called a "shouse", there will be significant changes in requirements and restrictions in some areas around Alexandria Minnesota. There is a township meeting March 27th to discuss changes in the ordinances and we will be attending to keep up to speed so we can take care of our customers! Size restrictions, lot size restrictions, engineering, and use restrictions are some of the changes coming.

We have been staying warm and dry with some inside work thankfully! Major remodel of the Osakis Clinic of Alomere of Alexandria. New doors, millwork, ceiling, some flooring, electrical, and plumbing fixtures throughout the entire clinic. Thanks to everyone involved and thank you to Alomere and the staff for shutting down for 2 weeks so we can do the face-lift!
