Had to open this one up and throw some new sheathing on one half of it .

Just because your great aunts boyfriends cousin Eddy can build you a shower cheaper doesn’t mean you should hire him.

Had to completely gut this one down to the studs. Jack hammered the concrete shower pan out, even had to relocate the drain to make this one work.

Repainted, did some trim, & framed in and finished over an old window.

24x30 one car garage with one 16’ door tied into this two story farm house.

16’ dormer with window above garage door with a 6/12 pitch to match the house aesthetics, snow white Lp 6” Smart Siding & Onyx Black shingles.

Built some pyramid steps with a herringbone pattern!

This set of stairs in as sturdy as it gets. Treated 2x8’s, 2x12’s & 6x6’s make up the framing.

We built this deck “floating” and is not secured to the house, but good luck moving it!
