ACME Trenchless Inc. American-made trenchless pipe-pulling equipment for utility contractors and municipal crews. Proudly built in Wisconsin.

Helping professionals replace water and utility laterals with less surface disruption.

Built to work with the equipment already on the jobsite.

After the pull is complete, the ACME Pipe Winch backs out with the excavator - keeping the setup compact and the process straightforward from start to finish.

The Pipe Winch attaches directly to an excavator or backhoe using a quick coupler, giving crews the pulling power they need without adding another dedicated machine to the jobsite.

Built for utility contractors and municipal crews doing trenchless service line replacement in the field.

A smaller access pit can make a big difference.

This lead water service pull shows the ACME Pipe Winch working from a compact access pit - helping crews complete the pull while minimizing the amount of surrounding concrete that has to be removed.

Less excavation means less surface disruption and less restoration after the job is complete.

The ACME Pipe Winch was built to give contractors and municipal crews the pulling power and control they need while working within the realities of the jobsite.

Hear it from a contractor who puts ACME equipment to work in the field.

Matt with Matt's Services LLC shares his experience using ACME Trenchless equipment and what it's been like putting it to work on real jobs.

We can tell you what our equipment is built to do, but there's nothing better than hearing directly from the contractors using it in the field.

Thank you to Matt and the team at Matt's Services LLC for trusting ACME Trenchless and sharing their experience.

Meet the ACME Suction Machine.

Designed and developed by Dave Williams to fill a need in the lateral replacement process, the ACME Suction Machine is a commercial-grade positive displacement vacuum built specifically to support water lateral replacement.

Landing the pulling cable is a critical step in the pipe-pulling process. The Suction Machine helps make that process easier by evacuating residual water, pulling a cord through the host pipe and introducing lubricant when needed — helping prepare the line for installation of the ACME MAX Pulling Cable.

Powerful, portable and purpose-built for the challenges contractors face in the field.

Meet the ACME Pipe Winch M2060.

Built for utility contractors and municipal crews, the ACME Pipe Winch is a patented, hydraulically powered pipe-pulling winch designed to simplify trenchless utility lateral replacement while minimizing surface disruption.

The Pipe Winch attaches directly to an excavator or backhoe using a quick coupler and delivers:

• 20,000 lbs. of rated line pull
• Up to 28 feet per minute line speed
• 360° rotation for precise alignment to the host lateral
• Controlled horizontal pulling to help preserve the original bury depth
• Safe operation with the tensioned pulling cable remaining within the winch frame and access pit during the pull

Compact, powerful and built for the professionals doing this work every day.

Proudly made in the USA.

Built in the field. Created to solve a real problem.

ACME Trenchless was founded by Dave Williams after years of hands-on utility work led him to believe there had to be a better way to pull and replace underground service lines.

While working on lead service line replacement projects, Dave began developing a stronger, more controllable pipe-pulling process. Each job became another opportunity to test, refine and improve the equipment.

Years of field trials and pulls helped lead to the development of the ACME Pipe Winch — equipment built specifically for the contractors and municipal crews doing this work every day.

Today, ACME Trenchless manufactures trenchless pipe-pulling equipment and tooling right here in Wisconsin.
