Most people only see the finished concrete and think that’s the job…

But the real work is everything underneath it.

We had to dig all the way down, set the footing properly, lock in the rebar and anchors, and build it back the right way so this actually holds long term. No shortcuts, no guessing.

That top layer might look simple, but there’s a whole system under it doing the heavy lifting. That’s the difference between something that lasts and something that cracks in a year. 🏗️💪

Not every upgrade is flashy, but this right here makes a difference every single day.

Old, worn door out. Clean, solid hollow metal install in. Better fit, better function, and built to handle real use without breaking down.

Our carpentry crews don’t just swap things out, we make sure it’s done right so it holds up long after we’re gone. 🔨🚪

You’re looking at the kind of wear most people never see until it becomes a real problem. Years of stress, moisture, and time start breaking down the base of these columns, and once it gets to this point, it’s not something you ignore.

We start by opening it up, exposing everything that needs attention, and reinforcing it the right way. From there, it’s about rebuilding that strength so this structure can keep doing its job long term.

This isn’t cosmetic work. This is what keeps everything standing. 🏗️🔩

This is the part that doesn’t get the spotlight.

Shoring everything up, cutting clean, setting the new lintel so the structure stays exactly where it should be.

It might look messy now, but this is where the job is won or lost.

Do it right here… everything else falls into place.

Turning an old opening into a fully functional dock takes more than just cutting a hole.

Framing it right. Reinforcing it properly. Making sure it actually holds up to real use.

This is the part people don’t see… but it’s what makes the whole thing work.

Not every job is a massive build… sometimes it’s making an existing space actually work better.

Opening things up, tightening the layout, and getting it ready for what’s next.

The small jobs matter just as much.

Making space where there wasn’t any.

Cutting through existing walls, coordinating every inch, and getting openings ready so operations can actually flow the way they’re supposed to. It’s tight, it’s messy, and it has to be exact.

This is the kind of work you don’t notice when it’s done right, but everything depends on it.

From dirt to dialed in.

What started as a rough, uneven base is now a clean, finished slab ready to handle real use. This is the kind of transformation that doesn’t always get the spotlight, but it’s what everything else depends on.

Solid foundation, done right the first time.

Timber… and just like that, another dock door is in the works.

What looks like chaos is actually step one. Breaking out the old slab, opening up the wall, and getting everything prepped so this space can handle more volume and keep things moving.

More docks = less waiting, faster turnaround, and a smoother operation overall.

FedEx getting built for speed.

From an empty shell to a fully functional creative space.

What started as a blank canvas is now built out with purpose, clean lines, and everything needed to bring ideas to life. The c*c wall sets the stage, and the new kitchen area rounds it out so the space actually works, not just looks good.

This is what it looks like when construction meets creativity.
