Raw sewage backing up into a basement is about as gnarly as it sounds 🤢

Our team found the home’s drains were plugged and the whole house trap was broken, so they removed the concrete, took out the damaged trap, repaired the pipe, and installed a new cleanout in the basement 🛠️

That shiny new cleanout gives us future access to the drain line without tearing the floor back open in case disaster strikes again 👍
