As most of our friends and followers know we recently finished up a project on a building over 100 years old! 🏠 We were lucky enough to land a contract with the Salmon River Grange. Unfortunately the first contractor they hired REALLY dropped the ball. We were hired to essentially re-do the entire addition which was attached with spray foam!🤯

Today we received plans to do more work on another section of the building, and this certificate of appreciation.

Not only are we so thankful to hopefully be able to do some more work on this historic building. But also eternally grateful for the recognition. The crew put in a lot of hard work from rolling around on our belly’s under the addition, to painting the walls inside. Our motto is “Restoring The Past For A Longer Future” and we look forward to being able to give this Historical staple of Otis and Rose Lodge a longer life!

I don’t know who needs to hear this BUT ILL SAY IT LOUDLY 🎙️
SAFEGUARD30 is NOT appropriate for a siding v***r barrier. It’s designed for ROOFS which have vents to allow it to breathe. 👃
So many projects we have driven by lately with safeguard going on behind their siding. DO YOUR RESEARCH! 📕

Why is it hard for your contractor to give you specific start and finish dates?? What was supposed to be a 8day siding job has drastically changed.
We try our best to keep in great communication with our customers.
Some things that people don’t understand is that sometimes we run into unforeseen problems. With the hundreds of projects we have done, I think I’ve only had one that did not have dry rot.. with dry rot being a huge factor here on the beach it’s hard to nail down specific dates… however we work 1 job until the job is finished. No matter if we find 1 week of extra week or 2 months of extra work.. I believe EVERYONE would like the same attention when it’s time to tackle their projects.
Keep this in mind next time you ask your contractor for specific dates.. if a contractor is not there the day they said both parties are just going to get frustrated..
