Everyday millions of people from all around the world seek support in many different ways. With any given support call you run the risk of being treated as a statistic instead of getting proper support. Often times you are rushed in order to keep your support call within 10 to 15 minutes so that the support agent will get their bonuses and make more money; effectively causing y
ou to feel unsupported. We are looking to start a Work @ Home program with agents that have the time and knowledge to help with any type of support needed ranging from Electronic to Mechanical. Our beginning goal is to raise the funds in order to acquire any hardware and software necessary to launch the first wave of training and productive agents. This funding will also allow us to obtain all legally binding state business licenses as well as fees for attorney & accounting purposes. Support isn't exactly an easy task and we always run the risk of having dissatisfied customers and clients. That being said, we will continually strive to form and mold our services and policies in order to give the best and most efficient services possible. We look at providing support from the customer or client perspective and try to feel their concerns and understand why they are seeking help. The most unique challenge that we face at this time will definitely be getting everything to seamlessly flow together for a smooth launch. There will be bumps in our road to better support but we are adaptive and can overcome.
