Performs general maintenance duties for commercial and residential rental properties, office buildings and grounds. General duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
● Perform touch up and finish painting
● Replace light bulbs
● Clear snow from entrances and walkways
● Building & Grounds maintenance for designated propertie, including lawn care.
● Respond to emergency situations after regular business hours as necessary
● Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor
● Generate reports for designated properties
● Other duties as needed.

Applicants should be reliable, self-motivated, individuals who take initiative to ensure properties and tenants are tended to properly and in a timely manner. Applicants should be able to effectively communicate with tenants, coworkers, and management in a courteous manner.
Must have experience/knowledge of general property maintenance, the ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain or snow, and possess a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.
