Guys were up in Lincoln, NE this week building out this space. What was an empty, unused room turned into an awesome golf simulator room. Basement has an awesome bar and entertaining space, with big sliding doors looking out onto the lake. Such a great space!

We’ve been touch and go on the project house, largely due to the city and how long it took them to get anything done and approved, but between other projects we’ve been getting drywall knocked out, getting some primer sprayed on, and before too long, Kimminau Wood Floors - Kansas City will be delivering and installing it new white oak wood floors. As the weather warms up, we’ll be doing the patio out back, and moving forward to get this house to completion!
