We are looking to add 1 or 2 skilled equipment operators to help keep up with our expanding workload. We will also consider training individuals with limited experience as long as they have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Pay will start out between $15-$30/hr depending on experience and skill set.

This project is finished! Customer had severe erosion on the back side of their dam due to the water breaching over the top of dam. We installed a 2nd 36"culvert for additional relief and also doubled the size of the emergency spillway. We then rebuilt the backside slope with clay found on-site putting a longer more gradual slope on it as well to help with natural erosion as well. We used large iron ore rocks to line the water path as well. After everything was shaped up we then covered all surfaces with the original topsoil that we had stockpiled before reconstruction.
