**The finishing details are taking shape.**

Another productive day on-site with 15 workers putting in 124 hours across several key scopes. Electrical crews continued cabling and connections while installing the panel box, plumbing fixtures moved closer to completion, and specialty ceiling work began in the reception area.

Door installation also reached a major milestone, with all doors installed and most hardware in place. With only a handful of punch items remaining across several scopes, the project continues moving closer to completion.

Progress starts below the surface.

Plumbing work is moving forward as crews excavate and prepare the site for new sewer line installation. This underground work is an important step in establishing the infrastructure needed for the next phases of construction.

Final details are coming together as we move closer to the finish line.

The team continued tackling key closeout items across the project, including paint touch-ups, door and window frame finishing, lighting corrections, and electrical troubleshooting. HVAC work also progressed in the dock area with ductwork and flex installation for the new supply locations.

With Electrical Final and Mechanical Inspection coming up next, the focus remains on completing the remaining details and preparing the space for final turnover.
