OSHA may not visit every job site every day, but they can show up on any project at any time.

That's why job site safety isn't about preparing for an inspection. It's about building safe habits every single day. From proper planning to field awareness, staying compliant protects your team, your project, and your business.

In this clip from Episode 36 of Blueprints to Punch List, we discuss why OSHA standards matter and the real consequences of overlooking safety on the job site.

Progress is built one detail at a time.

This week, our team continued moving this project forward with flooring installation across nine exam rooms and the main hallway, while additional work focused on refining the bulkhead to create a seamless finished look.

Like every construction project, unexpected challenges can arise. The team quickly identified and addressed a ceiling leak, coordinating with maintenance and roofing crews to keep the project on track while working toward a permanent solution.

From finishes to problem-solving, every step brings us closer to delivering a space that's built with quality and care.

Stay tuned for more project updates as we continue making progress.

A new chapter starts with a solid foundation.

Our team is officially underway on a new relocation project, with demolition and electrical safe-off work setting the stage for the transformation ahead. Before the new space can take shape, careful planning and preparation ensure the next phase of construction moves forward safely and efficiently.

Every successful build begins by clearing the way for what's next, and we're excited to bring this new location to life.

Follow along as we share progress from demolition to final completion.

A smooth finish starts with the right foundation.
A screed is a guide or tool used to level and smooth concrete, plaster, or other construction materials to create a uniform surface. Proper screeding helps ensure accuracy, durability, and a quality finish for the next stages of construction.

Safety doesn't happen by accident. It happens through consistency.

Weekly safety meetings aren't just another item on the schedule. They're an opportunity to reinforce the habits and conversations that help keep everyone on the jobsite safe. From the office to the field, safety is a shared responsibility.

In this clip from Episode 36 of Blueprints to Punch List, we discuss why regular safety communication is one of the most important investments a construction team can make.

Significant progress was made on-site as crews applied the final color and texture to the front of the building, bringing the exterior one step closer to its finished appearance. Framing work continued above the bar joists, while electrical crews prepared for upcoming lighting installations and equipment deliveries.

Roofing materials were also delivered and staged on the building, setting the stage for continued roofing activities throughout the weekend. Once roofing is complete, interior framing will begin moving forward with the delivery of rigid insulation.

Progress continues as the project moves closer to completion.

Today, crews advanced ceiling installation in Suite 101, completed electrical closeout work, finished trim painting, and prepared flooring areas for upcoming tile installation. Wilson & Company also installed door hardware, shelving, and restroom accessories while coordinating final inspections.

A major milestone was reached as above ceiling, rough mechanical, and MEP final inspections passed, keeping the project on track for the next phase.

Every completed detail brings the finished space one step closer to opening day.

Project Update

Finishing touches are underway as we continue moving this project toward completion.

Recent progress included trim work around the boardroom, flooring touch-ups, transition strip installation, carpet tile replacement, and low-voltage work inside the boardroom. HVAC adjustments were also completed to support final system performance.

It's the attention to these final details that helps deliver a polished finished product.

The final details make all the difference.

A punch list helps ensure every item is completed, every detail is checked, and the finished project is ready for the client.

The best projects start with the right conversations early.

Too often, contractors are brought in after the plans are finished and the decisions are already made. By then, flexibility is limited, costs are locked in, and schedule impacts become harder to manage.

The most successful projects involve construction teams early in the process, providing valuable input on budgeting, scheduling, constructability, and ex*****on before plans hit the final drawing set.

Early collaboration leads to better outcomes.
