We recently had the pleasure of building and calibrating a 30ft length measuring gauge. The accuracy was outstanding! We always get asked how accurate our systems can be, so here you go!

This customer requested that we use their calibration rods, and unfortunately, we couldn't calibrate it all the way out to 30ft due to not having the necessary calibration rods. Regardless, I think you can get a sense of what the accuracy will be at 30ft 😁.

We recently built a custom Go/No-Go style MMP with custom gage blocks. This customer needed 130 total gage blocks that were easy to replace and align. We used a thumb screw to lock each gage block in place and two dowel pins for alignment.

- Dual air brake system that boasts nearly 1,000 lbs. of holding force at only 100 psi air supply. Brakes are easily controlled with the toggle switch conveniently mounted on the carriage.
