General Responsibility
The lamination team is the group that are physically molding the parts. This consists of using a chop gun and other tools such as rollers to evenly distribute the material to create the parts. Pending the customers’ needs, many parts will require additional reinforcements to be added during this process. The lamination department is a fast-paced, team-oriented group. People who do well in this department are those who can work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and multitask. Willing to train the right candidate.
