A successful company is nothing more than the sum of its people working hard every day. Last month, we introduced Lizette. This month, we’re introducing Russell Morgan.
Russell has been Adam's Sales Manager for the United Kingdom for the past two years. Every day he travels the UK visiting customers and, in his own words, trying not to stop at McDonald’s. He particularly enjoys visiting the East Coast, as the scenery is very open and expansive, much different to the places he travels to most often.
Russell appreciates the constant variety of the weighing industry that makes each day interesting. For example, recently he stood in the middle of a field observing a mobile lettuce packing factory. A few weeks before that, he discussed how to weigh mini submarines with a crane scale! He could be in a meeting in an 18th Century Manor House or a shed, sitting in a nice warm office or on top of a packing crate. Russell goes where the weighing is!
Outside of work, he’s joined the recent padel craze and has been learning how to play at a local club. He also enjoys attending live music concerts with his wife – though he would be hesitant to show off his record collection to traditionalists.
Russell is a joy to have on the team; We sincerely appreciate the effort he puts towards his work and his uplifting and positive approach to each day.
Next month, we’ll introduce another Adam team member who makes a difference.
