Say hello to Diannah — our General Manager here at OPH! 🔧❄️

Diannah has been in the industry for almost 20 years and a part of the OPH family for 9 years!

Starting as a CSR, moving into the Operations Manager role, and stepping into the General Manager position last year 👏 She brings knowledge, leadership, and dedication to the team every day, always making sure both our staff and customers are taken care of!

Spoil alert: Diannah has secretly been the face behind our Lil Wayne mascot 😂

We’re excited to introduce our newest addition to the team… Clayton Oakes 👶🛠️

Born this past weekend, Clayton is already showing signs of being our next up-and-coming plumber. He’s known for taking his time—especially when it came to being born (kept mom waiting quite a while 😅).

So far, his specialties include drinking milk, sleeping on the job, and hanging out with his parents. We think he’s got a bright future ahead of him!

💧 Another Well Pump Upgrade Done Right! 💧

Customer was experiencing low water pressure and poor flow — their existing pump couldn’t keep up with demand.

Our team diagnosed the issue, pulled the well pump, and found it was undersized and damaged. We upgraded the system with a properly sized Goulds pump, new wiring, and adjusted the pressure system for better performance.

Now the home has strong, consistent water flow and the system is operating exactly as it should 👍
