An Arc 200 with an inert gas atomizer attachment. This cold crucible vacuum arc melter furnace is the workhorse for metal research. We are really proud of how many new metal alloys are being created on this essential tool for research. With the atomizer metal powder can be produced and developed.

Another large vacuum chamber for a VIM (vacuum induction melter). The Arcast team have done a great job on this, as it is just being cleaned after electropolish.

Pushing more products through every day. The team are working really well! The orders for large and small induction melting and casting systems (VIM), plasma/arc melters, and gas atomizers for powder production just keep coming. The next push is for more metal distillation and strip casters. The push to rebuild manufacturing in the USA has only just started!

This link/letter does a good job of explaining why the Arc 200 arc furnace has been such a popular choice for our customers. It's funny because 16 or more years ago we were told there is no market case for this product. We believed there was and our customers have proven this statement to be seriously flawed! Thank you to all of our customers over the years in believing in our products and for helping us expand on our product line.

Three and a half days to get this built at site. The team did well. Another inert gas atomizer. This one is a cold crucible based system for refractory metals. Now back to Detroit to install a large Vacuum Induction Melting Casting system.
