We have recently completed a project in Ansonia, CT, involving two parcels on a single property. The owner's primary objective was a quick sale. However, as we progressed, we opted for a meticulous approach, thoroughly documenting and addressing the damage we encountered.
Our goal was to prepare the property for sale without any significant issues. By doing so, we provided the client with peace of mind for her future endeavors and gave the new homeowner a clean slate to renovate the property according to their preferences, free from hidden problems.

The scope of work included
-repairing water damage,
-refinishing wood floors courtesy of Chris Jones,
-painting the entire property,
-remediating mold,
-installing new Sheetrock,
-fixing patchwork that was their before us.
-conducting an estate sale for all items in the home,

Notice – 02/23/26: Safety Concern

Due to the significant snowfall that began overnight on Sunday (02/22) and is continuing through Monday (02/24), we need to adjust our normal service approach.

Our current equipment is having difficulty keeping up with the depth and weight of the snow, which is also causing traction issues. To ensure the safest and most effective service, we will be bringing heavier equipment onto your property and relocating our tractor to your location at the end of the storm.

While this may differ from our usual method, this decision is being made to protect both our team and your property, especially given the unusually heavy snow conditions.

We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to serve you.

If possible, please stay home, stay safe, and
stay warm. Emergency vehicles, as well as state and town trucks, are experiencing difficulty and becoming stuck in these conditions.

Snow Plowing Costumers:

Good Evening,

With the upcoming storm approaching and you being a valued costumer! We wanted to remind you of our policy:

〰️ The price for plowing is per push.
(The amount of times we come out to your property)

〰️ We only respond to 3” or more.
(Unless negotiated)

〰️ Shoveling is not included.
(Unless negotiated with customer into price.)

〰️ Salt and sand is optional.
(Ours is pet friendly)

As we near this impending storm, we just wanted to let you know we might be on your property in the early hours or late at night.
Therefore, the anticipated accumulation may cause us to be on your property more than once.
Which does increase the price. This is because of the impact this amount of snow does to our equipment and fuel.
