The Focus Laser Fume Extractor is an economical entry level unit. It is attractively priced and still offers the same 3 stage filtration as more expensive fume extractors. The filter surface area is not as large as higher end units such as TBH Fume Extractors and, therefore, filters will saturate sooner and need more frequent replacement. Still, the Focus Laser Fume extractor is ideal for users that only generate smoke and fumes occasionally.

The standard Langolier Motorized X Axis Table has 15 inches of ball screw driven travel. The ball screw is connected to a Teknic rotary encoded servo motor and the X axis drive resolution is 40,600 encoder counts per inch of linear travel. The total available X axis marking length would be the width of the marking field plus 15 inches. For example, the marking area with a 7 inch square marking field lens would be 7 inches in the Y axis and 22 inches in the X axis.

Focus Laser Manual X-Y Table– The Focus Laser Table is an economical but functional solution to X-Y positioning of parts and fixtures under the laser marking field of any Low Cost Hybrid System. The table features a pattern of threaded M6 holes spaced at 25 mm intervals. The top surface tooling plate measures 12.5” wide X 9.5 inches deep. Table travel is 2.7” in the X axis and 2.4” in the Y axis. There are locking k***s on both the X and Y positioning handles.

Jimani has performed laser marking and engraving job shop services since 1990. We have consistently provided timely, high quality marking on a wide variety of products using both Fiber and CO2 steered beam laser marking systems. All metals are good candidates for being marked and engraved with a fiber laser. The terms marking and engraving are frequently used interchangeably but there is a difference.
