WE’RE HIRING: LEAD INSTALLER

Callahan Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our team in Ozark, Missouri.

💰 $120,000–$150,000 per year

This position will focus on residential HVAC replacements and commercial RTUs. NO new construction.

We’re looking for someone who can lead an install from start to finish, take pride in their work, and get the job done right.

Applicants MUST:
• Have previous HVAC installation experience
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check
• Have a clean driving record
• Provide professional references
• Be dependable and able to lead a crew
• Take pride in quality workmanship and customer service

This week, Jeff Romans led a training class on static pressure and proper airflow two critical factors that are often overlooked in HVAC performance.

Even brand new equipment can underperform if ductwork restricts airflow, leading to comfort issues, inefficiency, noise, and premature system failure.

That’s why we invest heavily in ongoing education. We don’t just want technicians replacing parts we want them diagnosing the root cause and understanding the full system.

We’re proud to recognize Shawn, who recently relocated from up north to join the Callahan Heating & Cooling team.

Shawn is leading our Commercial Department and has quickly become a key part of our growth. He helps oversee projects and service for a wide range of commercial customers across Southwest Missouri, including facilities at Battlefield Mall, Branson Landing, Springfield Public Schools, local fire departments, restaurants, and many other businesses throughout the area.

Before joining Callahan, Shawn built an impressive career in the HVAC industry and proudly served our country in the United States Navy. His experience, leadership, and dedication to quality workmanship make him a tremendous asset to both our team and our customers.
