On the road again…

This trip took Matt & Malinda to Independence, Missouri, where they had the privilege of consulting with two different churches alongside Unite Architecture & Beyond.

One of the greatest blessings of what we do is using our businesses to serve the Kingdom. Walking alongside churches as they plan for growth and create spaces to reach more people is an opportunity we never take for granted.

We’re grateful to collaborate with architects David and Jay, as well as these pastors, to help bring their vision to life and make room for their growing congregations. It’s an honor to play a small part in what God is doing.

Always learning. Always improving.

Matt had the opportunity to travel to Georgia this week to tour a new prototype hotel… by Best Western. Seeing the concept firsthand and learning the details behind the brand’s vision was a great experience.

We are excited that Goforth Construction has been selected to build one of these new hotels in Illinois tentatively breaking ground in October.

Grateful for the opportunity & the partnerships that continue to move our company forward. Looking forward to bringing this exciting project to life!

One of our newest projects is well underway in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin! We’re proud to be building a new Country Inn & Suites in partnership with our Wisconsin-based clients & Choice Hotels. We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside each of them & look forward to many more successful projects together.

The Boss Man was at the Choice Hotel Convention in Vegas this past week networking with reps, past, current & future owners. What a great, successful week. Exciting things coming to Goforth Construction!

Monday-Wednesday we enjoyed meeting pastors & friends across the Southern Missouri Network. We don’t take for granted the work God gives us each day & through events like this one.

We heard amazing messages & worship! We reconnected with friends & met new ones as pastors & or missionaries headed to the field to do what God called them to do.

The entire experience showed us how each pastor, missionary or construction worker is a part of the body of Christ. We are on the same team! It takes all of us to fulfill the calling God has for all of us! We are so honored to work with some wonderful people!

1 Corinthians 12:12-27
“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. For the body does not consist of one member but of many. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. If all were a single member, where would the body be? The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.”
