Today, our Eckcess Air crew spent the day doing a little more than HVAC! We helped cut down trees, move debris and limbs to the roadside, haul fencing, and even delivered food to families affected by the hurricane. By the end of the day, we were blessed to have helped three families, and we’re hoping to help even more. 🙏🏼

We know so many of our neighbors are dealing with damage, cleanup, and a long road to getting back to normal. If there’s one thing we know about our community, it’s that we take care of our own. ❤️

We want to continue doing what we can to help during this difficult time. If you know a family who needs an extra set of hands, please call me at 850-910-2932. I’ll do my very best to work them into our schedule and see how we can help!

We may be an HVAC company, but we’re also your neighbors, and we want to do our part to help our community get back on its feet. We’re all in this together!!

From our family at Eckcess Air to yours, please stay safe, look out for one another, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. ❤️

⚡ WHEN YOUR POWER COMES BACK ON:
☑️ Give the power a little time to stabilize before turning your AC back on.
☑️ Check your thermostat and make sure it’s set to COOL.
☑️ If your system doesn’t start, makes unusual noises, smells like something is burning, or trips a breaker, turn it off and give Eckcess Air a call!
☑️ If your outdoor unit or indoor equipment was exposed to floodwater, DO NOT turn it on until it has been professionally inspected.
☑️ Be patient! Your system may take a little time to bring your home back down to a comfortable temperature.

🚨 PLEASE DON’T IGNORE SIGNS OF ELECTRICAL OR STORM DAMAGE! It’s better to be safe than risk causing additional damage to your system.

From our family at Eckcess Air, we know this has been a stressful time for our community. We’re praying for everyone affected and hoping power is restored for all of you soon!

If your power is back on and your AC isn’t cooling, or you’re concerned your system may have been damaged during the storm, reach out to us. We’re here to help our neighbors get comfortable again!
