We got some feedback on our stance regarding air quality. Many believe humidity is critical and must be controlled via driers etc for optimum cut quality and part longevity. I'd agree with that in part, but I'd argue money spent on humidity control may be better spent elsewhere. Measure the humidity (the tool is cheap), do test cuts, and compare humid days to dry days. We think a $750 torch will have a far greater impact on cut quality than a $1000 humidity control device. We've seen guys running expensive active driers with a $700 machine driving a $200 torch, and being disappointed. Anyway, this old post is a good read - very interesting. from a very knowledgeable guy Jim C**t (credit to Jim & PlasmaSpider) - I dont fully agree, but worth reading.
