This one was a complete gut and redo remodel with Ty Lovato Exp Realty here in Pagosa. It was a long drawn out one, but they let me some some crazy stuff with tile that most people are scared to do with their new homes. This was a cool one to be part of over last winter! 👊🤙🤘
