Many hours of this. The process of extracting these gemstones is tedious and often uncomfortable. Tight spaces, contorted positions, and the constant fear of the ceiling makes digging these crystals difficult, and filming them being dug a challenge as well. does a good job with the GoPro showing how you never know where in the wall the next banger will be.

It is not every day that the tourmaline comes out of the earth this good. These pockets have been waiting deep in the mountain, getting stirred around and beat up by earthquakes and other geological events for so long it is hard to comprehend really, ~100 million years or so. You have to take a moment to appreciate them when they do survive the washing machine of time and rock for that long. Our best beast, Mike E. extracted this pink skin beauty, and many more, flawlessly. Will post more extractions soon.
